• USPS First Class: This shipping method is a cost-effective option for smaller items. It generally takes 3-5 business days for your package to be delivered after it has been shipped.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

Delivery Time:

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Returns & Refunds:

At Lussoire, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a seamless shopping experience, we offer FREE 30 DAYS RETURNS for all our customers.

 

• To initiate a return, we kindly ask you to connect with one of our agents through the Contact Us page on our website. (Please include your order number)
• All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receiving your merchandise. We encourage early requests to streamline the process efficiently.
• Upon approval, we will generate a complimentary UPS prepaid label specifically for your return. This label will be promptly emailed to you.
• Simply stick the label on the returned items (please package carefully).
• You will have a 15-day window from the receipt of the free return label to return the item back to us and qualify for a full refund. 
• Once we receive the items, our dedicated team will conduct a thorough quality check before processing the return and initiating the refund to your account balance.
• Please note that our complimentary return labels are applicable for items shipped within the 48 continental states.

 

 Please note we do not issue a refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
• The product is Intimate Wear such as (bikinis, underwear...)

 

Order cancellation:

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must Contact Us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
